Today I picked up the book written by Elisabeth Hasselback, which surely one day I'll write more about. In it she has a link to an online gluten free grocery store http://www.glutenfreemall.com/.
After exploring the website I came to realize that chewing gum is not GF. That explains a lot! Whenever I chew gum it has a tendency to make me tired. Wonder why!
The Wrigley company has confirmed the following as gluten free:
•Wrigley’s Spearmint® gum
•Freedent® gum
•Doublemint® gum
•Extra® gum
•Big Red® gum
•Eclipse® gum
•Juicy Fruit® gum
•Winterfresh® gum
•Orbit® gum
•Orbit® White gum
•Lifesavers®
•Altoids®
•5® products
