1 box of GF Mac N Cheese
2 scallions
1/2 cup of parsley
2 1/2 cup of milk (organic milk or almond milk is always a good substitute)
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of horseradish sauce
2 tbsp of GF flour (I used brown rice flour from Whole Foods)
Be careful when cooking GF pasta. It doesn't take long to cook and will quickly get mushy puddy if not watched closely.
