Baked Potato Salad

3 large potatoes
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 scallion
1-6 oz container of Greek yogurt (for a kick-Blueberry Greek Yogurt). I accidently bought blueberry flavored and it tastes great!

Cook the potatoes and mix all of the ingredients then refridgerate! Unfortunately my Blackberry doesn't give my food the highest quality of picture!
